Horizon is a commercialization program to connect startups to distributors, biopharma partners, and strategic investors in major biotech hubs nationwide. In this fresh take on biopharma R&D Days, participating startups get a unique chance to learn about commercialization deal structures from leading executives and gain exclusive meetings with investors in the region.

Altitude Lab is taking 20 biotech companies to San Francisco in September for a series of partnership meetings with pharmaceutical companies and investors. This event includes a deep dive into deal mechanics and networking opportunities. We are proud to partner with The Healthcare Businesswomen's Association, Wilson Sonsini, J.P. Morgan, and Utah Innovation Fund to make this event possible.

Requirements:

• Must be a therapeutic company
• Must have secured seed funding
• Must have in vivo study data
• Submit a company pitch deck upon applying

We have up to 5 slots available for non-Altitude therapeutic startups. Selection will be based on the company's maturity and alignment with the funding priorities of attending pharmaceutical companies and investors. The event cost is $500/person/company, covering one night's stay in San Francisco, transportation between sponsored events, and meals. Startups will be responsible for airfare expenses. Underrepresented founders will have their $500 event fee waived if selected to attend. Each chosen company can send two representatives.
